Short History
Home of the first multifunctional diesel additive, known as the Winter Concentrate. Originally developed for the railroad industry, this premium diesel underwent two phase tests, the Chemical Evaluation and Engine Test on a Cat 1G2 Engine, by SWI. After testing was complete, Winter Concentrate gained popularity in a variety of industries, including agricultural, heavy duty fleet and marine.
Meanwhile, Cartel also developed its line of High Performance Brake Fluids. The line includes a DOT 4 High Temperature Racing Brake Fluid, a low moisture absorbing DOT 4 Brake Fluid and the Cartel DOT 5 Silicone Brake Fluid. All have been marketed through performance shops and performance distributors to bring quality products to the public.
